This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all performance parts and accessories sold by 720X Mods & Performance.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination.
Economy Shipping (No Tracking)
Some low-cost Economy USPS shipping options may ship in standard mail without tracking information.
By selecting an Economy shipping method without tracking:
- No tracking number will be provided.
- Delivery confirmation may not be available once the package is mailed.
- 720X Mods & Performance cannot guarantee delivery or investigate lost shipments without tracking.
If delivery confirmation is important, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Return Authorization Required
An original sales receipt or order number must accompany all returns.
You must contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- In new, unaltered, and unused condition
- Free from installation marks, wear, or damage
- In original packaging
- Not a special order or custom order
- Not listed as non-returnable in the product description
After 30 days, no returns will be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product due to our error, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Items that are confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped by us may qualify for store credit or refund after inspection.
Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
720X Mods & Performance reserves sole discretion in determining whether an item meets return eligibility requirements.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned items that are not defective and are not being exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
